Mepilex Border Flex Lite is a thin, highly adaptable foam dressing designed to remain securely in place while conforming comfortably to the body. Built with innovative 360° Flex Technology, it moves naturally in all directions to reduce skin stress, improve comfort, and provide dependable wear—even on challenging areas.

This advanced dressing features a unique four-layer construction that effectively absorbs and channels exudate away from the wound bed. It maintains an ideal balance between absorption and moisture vapour transfer, helping create an optimal healing environment for non- to moderately exuding wounds. The design also allows exudate progress to be monitored without disturbing the wound, supporting efficient care.

Mepilex Border Flex Lite incorporates Safetac technology, which is clinically proven to minimise damage to the wound and surrounding skin during dressing changes. By sealing the wound edges, it helps prevent maceration while reducing pain upon removal.

Suitable for a wide range of applications, this dressing can be used on leg and foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and traumatic injuries such as abrasions, blisters, and skin tears.
